The order you place with our company is shipped straight from the company warehouse located in India. Once we receive your order, we take prompt action to dispatch your jewelry, we generally take 1 to 2 business days to process every order. We carefully pack each order and do expedite shipping for safe delivery.  We are glad to offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. We send you an email notification the day your order is transported with verification of shipment and a tracking number. We make you assure for good packing as customer satisfaction is utmost priority. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order for any reason, you click on the order cancelation option.

The customized orders and ring size may require additional processing time as per the availability and the time taken to design the personalized requirements. If you put an order on Sunday or any other weekend such as on Indian government holidays, then the decree will be sent on the following operating day.
